Terms of Service

Welcome to TyLin. TyLin is a private, invite-only space where small groups — families and close circles — can share posts, photos, events, and messages. By creating an account or using TyLin, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Who can use TyLin

TyLinis available by invitation only. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create an account. If you're inviting someone under that age, a parent or guardian must manage their account.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Please give us accurate information and let the person who runs your circle know right away if you think someone else is using your account.

Your content

Anything you post — text, photos, comments — belongs to you. By sharing it on TyLin, you give us permission to store and display it to the members of your circle so the service can work. We don't sell your content, show ads against it, or share it outside your circle.

You're responsible for what you share. Only upload content you have the right to share, and be thoughtful about posting photos or information about other people.

Being a good member

Please don't use TyLin to:

• Break the law or encourage others to.
• Harass, threaten, bully, or impersonate anyone.
• Upload content that's hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or that violates someone else's privacy or rights.
• Upload viruses, attempt to hack the service, or disrupt it for others.

Circle admins may remove members or content that breaks these rules, and we may suspend or remove accounts that do the same.

Privacy

Your use of TyLin is also covered by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we handle it.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account anytime from Settings. Doing so removes your posts, comments, reactions, and messages. Photos you added to shared albums may remain for the rest of your circle, without your name attached. A circle admin can also remove a member.

The service is provided “as is”

TyLinis a private service offered without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it running and to back up your data, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we aren't liable for lost data or damages beyond what the law requires. Please keep your own copies of anything truly irreplaceable.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use TyLin after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
